The Australian Psychological Society (APS) recommends a fee of $311 for a standard 50-minute session. At Embed, we do our best to keep our rates as accessible as possible. If you’re experiencing financial difficulties, please reach out - we’re happy to discuss how we can support you.

All appointments can be held in person or via secure telehealth. We encourage you to review our cancellation policy before making a booking.

Availability
Warren is available for face-to-face or telehealth sessions on Tuesdays in Brighton East. To book, scroll to the Select a Service section below, choose Psychology, select your appointment type, then pick a date and time that suits you.

Medicare Rebates

If you obtain a Mental Health Care Plan and referral from your GP, you are entitled to Medicare rebates of up to 10 sessions (per calendar year), valued at $96.65 per session.

Rebates increase if you have a Medicare safety net. 

You need to see your GP and obtain a Mental Health Care Plan before your first session with us, to be eligible for Medicare rebates. We will process your medicare rebate and you will receive it via bank transfer from medicare within 48 hours of your appointment.

Private Health Insurance

If you have private health insurance, you may be eligible for rebates under Extras cover. Please check with your fund for entitlements. We also see clients who are eligible for TAC, Work Cover, Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) and some EAP funding. 

Concession rates may be available for full time students or health care card holders or in exceptional circumstances.
